Hi, I'm new and working on a character so I guess I have a couple of questions. I see that the smaller villages need characters and making a sound nin intrigues me.
1. So the sound village of a hundred years ago was more like an underground organization with no centralized HQ and multiple cells running. Is it the same 100 years later? Would it still have the same sort of mission with pushing boundaries with experiments and such?
2. I'm thinking about making a puppeteer. So it's been 100 years or so, I think the art of puppetry would have evolved some with the technology, right? I don't want guns or robots or anything like that but maybe weapons that use pressure like a crude pilebunker or something. Would something like that be feasible?

1. It's an established minor village now. Since oro's not around, treat it like it's almost like the grass village or Konoha. Simple answer, no?
2. As long as you make your puppets balanced I don't see a problem. It all depends on the power of the pressure. Also, there's a puppet system being made, so until that gets made us staff have no basis for what the site should consider "balanced" you may need to talk to Sasayaki about further puppeteering questions.

Yeah the sound village would have a otokage tower n such or some recognized form of a political building where the kage is.
