Queries About the Premise

[Uchiha Kakkoii]

I hate to be the first person to need to ask an actual question in here, but so it goes. Though far from new to RPing, I am new to Eledia, and I have two preliminary questions about some of the background information that hasn't been expanded on yet. Without further adieu:

• There seem to be implications suggesting that the nine bijuu are no more. What happened to them? If they just kinda...died or whatever for no particular reason, I'll accept "writer's convenience" as an answer =P .
  
• Are these "ghosts" exactly what they sound like (i.e. the restless spirits of the dead), or something else entirely with a confusing name? Whether the former or the latter, could someone explain them to me?

Actually curious about the first myself, as for the second Sassy and Aaron (Or one or the other? No clue, I know one of the staff) is writing up a guide to Ghosts.

there aren't going to be any bijuu. We're basically taking it as they were all killed off by the end of the story line or whatever. The ghosts will be filling that function to a limited degree, once we get it going.
