Personally I'd like to just be able to have my word taken into account. Not mine specifically, but the voice as a member of the site. Allow the members to partake in some of the conversations that will decide how a particular system or format will be run rather than just passing it over their heads. I know Kiss and Riku have both tried to get opinions from members like myself in order to push into this area, but I think rather than having all of those discussions on systems and such in the private staff board, do it in a public one so that all of the members have a voice. I mean, sure take stuff like member moderation and registration stuff there, but not the discussions that will actually affect the majority of the site such as the site's STAT Systems and whatnot else you could think of to have in public discussions that would be more beneficial than just having them in a private staff board.
Besides, even if a few members aren't exactly staff material, they might have a few good opinions and ideas that could contribute heavily for stuff like that.

No stats. Also, Custom villages wouldn't be too bad, but I would like to have like member petitions so we know that the custom village will have some members.

I'd like to see clearer guidlines for character buildings and more extensive templates for jutsu and such. Like add range and such to them. I hate having to add new lines and stuff for each jutsu.

Not all jutsu would use the added sections, they would only be used by a certain number of jutsu. Also, pm me what you mean by character building, because I have a character guide written. |

How about the addition of a Handseals section to all jutsu, and the jutsu application. The number of handseals could end up deciding which jutsu is activated first, and possibly alter the outcome of the match. |
